• All bookings are subject to availability, weather conditions, and airspace authorization.
• A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
• Eyes To See Drone Services LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel flights due to unsafe weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or equipment issues, at no additional cost to the client.
• Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and 360° panoramic content — is the property of Eyes To See Drone Services LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

Upon completion of a paid project and receipt of full payment, clients will receive a license to use the delivered media for the agreed-upon purposes. Specific usage rights will be outlined in the service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate location and project details for flight planning.
• Obtain any necessary permissions from property owners or authorities for the drone operation at the designated location.
• Inform us of any known hazards, restricted areas, or special conditions at the flight location.
• Ensure the flight area is reasonably clear of people and obstacles during the operation.

6. Safety and Compliance

Eyes To See Drone Services LLC operates under FAA Part 107 certification. Our pilots maintain current certification and follow all safety protocols. We reserve the right to refuse or abort any operation that we deem unsafe, regardless of weather, airspace conditions, or environmental factors.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

• Purpose: We may send you text messages related to booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service follow-ups, and responses to your inquiries.
